Bugle Nurseries — up to 80 homes
Outline permission has been granted for up to 80 homes, open space and a play area at Bugle Nurseries, Upper Halliford Road.
The scheme involves demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment for housing, with landscaping, parking and pedestrian, cycle and vehicle routes.
The council issued a conditional approval on 29 May 2026. The outline application approves part of the access arrangements; secondary estate roads, scale, layout, appearance and landscaping remain reserved for later consideration.
